Brendan McDonald

Brendan McDonald has spent 20+ years building a career that spans both sides of the entertainment and brand worlds — first as a talent manager and producer inside traditional entertainment, then as a brand executive linking companies with celebrity talent and athletes to accelerate growth.

His career began on the talent and production side, working as a Senior Account Executive and Producer for Fortune 500 clients, and later as a manager and producer at a comedic talent management and production company — learning the business from the inside out.

He founded Blazeland Entertainment in 2014, going on to work across major studios including New Line, Paramount, Fox, MGM/UA, Warner Bros., and Disney. Producing credits include Tenure (Luke Wilson), Fort Bliss (Michelle Monaghan, Ron Livingston), Father of Invention (Kevin Spacey, Heather Graham), and The Runway (Demián Bichir, Kerry Condon).

The second phase of his career shifted to brand growth — as part of the founding team at LUVO, he moved into an executive role linking brands with celebrity talent and athletes including Jennifer Garner, Derek Jeter, Blake Griffin, and Russell Wilson.

Blazeland Brand & Entertainment draws on both worlds — the talent-side knowledge of what makes a celebrity the right fit, and the brand-executive experience to structure partnerships that move the needle.
